Paul Lamb (60 years young) will cycle 3,600 kms from Bendigo Town Hall to Perth Town Hall in 22 days (31st October - 21st November) to raise awareness for mens health.

Paul's main motivation is to encourage people to become more proactive with their health by increasing their vegetable and fruit intake, decrease their processed food intake and take part in regular exercise as a means of preventing the chronic diseases associated with aging.
